Health Assessment Services
A Health Assessment, or Health MOT, at YourGP is a comprehensive package of tests that focuses on the aspects of health, fitness and lifestyle that most frequently give cause for concern. It has been created to provide a clear overview of the patient’s health and highlight problems even before they develop. Here’s what’s included:
Understand YOUR health, improve YOUR wellbeing
* Full body health check and lifestyle assessment
* Pre screening with nurse (BMI, waist/hip ratio, blood pressure, ECG, blood tests)
* Full lab report providing analysis of HEART, LIVER, KIDNEY, DIABETES & BONE health provided to patient before second appointment with a GP
* Consultation with GP takes place with lab report available for both patient and doctor, allowing a review of lab results & medical history, discussion around lifestyle & informed advice to be provided
* Personalised report from the GP sent to patient, outlining results from health assessment, lifestyle advice and steps to improve their health and wellbeing
Health Assessment PLUS
* Enhanced version of the health assessment, more detail about patient’s health and fitness, ideal for very active individuals
* Pre screening with nurse (BMI, waist/hip ratio, blood pressure, ECG, blood tests)
* Full lab report providing analysis of HEART, LIVER, KIDNEY, DIABETES, BONE, NUTRITIONAL, MUSCLE & JOINT, HORMONAL & THYROID health provided to patient before second appointment with a GP
* Consultation with GP takes place with lab report available for both patient and doctor, allowing a review of lab results & medical history, discussion around injury history and training schedule, lifestyle and fitness advice provided
* Personalised report from the GP sent to patient, outlining results from health assessment, lifestyle and training advice and steps to improve their health and physical performance

Received injections from Lynn at the surgery. Hadn’t had an injection in 12 years, so was terrified walking through the front door at first. My mind was put at ease instantly. Very nice people, was given lots of great advice, and the injections were a piece of cake. Couldn’t be happier. Recommended!
