The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has affected companies across the UK and beyond, including YourGP. As a small business we have already felt the impact of the current global crisis, like many others. However, we have a duty of care to our patients and YourGP also provides services that can alleviate some of the pressure on the NHS. Therefore, we are remaining open for the time being, albeit with certain restrictions and with reduced opening hours.
As of tomorrow, Saturday 28th March 2020, we will be operating the following opening hours:
Monday 09.00 – 17.00
Tuesday – CLOSED
Wednesday 09.00 – 17.00
Thursday – CLOSED
Friday 09.00 – 17.00
Saturday – CLOSED
Sunday – CLOSED
We are no longer making face-to-face appointments unless this has been deemed absolutely necessary by the doctor, so all bookings will initially be arranged as a telephone consultation. We can’t offer any walk-in appointments at this time, so all requests should be made via telephone or email.
We are also no longer carrying out any medicals, cosmetics, travel or other non-essential appointments for the time being.
The recent measures put in place in the UK are in the public’s best interests and YourGP will continue to play its part in helping reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus, in addition to supporting our patients and employees as best we can.

I was warmly greeted by staff with genuine smiles. The staff made me feel very comfortable and engaged me in conversation about several topics which made waiting pass very pleasantly. I noticed they were proactive in making each person who arrived feel welcome, including the courier.
