Hyperhidrosis Treatment
It is estimated about 1% of the population suffers from excessive sweating (Hyperhidrosis). This can have devastating effects on a sufferer’s confidence both socially and in the work place. Treatment for excessive sweating brings rapid and long-term relief.
This treatment represents a real alternative, especially where medication and surgery have proven ineffective. It can treat excessive sweating in the following areas:
- Underarms
- Forehead
- Hands and feet
The treatment lasts for up to a year (although it has been known to last longer in some patients).
How it Works
Prior to your treatment you will have a complimentary consultation with one of our doctors to ensure this is the appropriate treatment for you. They will discuss any concerns and answer any questions.
- The doctor will draw a grid on the treatment area
- The doctor will inject a small amount at each intersection of the grid lines
- You should feel only mild pinpricks during this procedure
