At YourGP we are always looking at ways that we can improve the services that we provide and the overall patient experience. On that note, we would like to provide some updates on the practice.

Online Booking
As part of recent upgrades to the practice, we are now offering an online booking system that allows patients to book an appointment with one of our experienced GPs at the click of a button. Although not all of our services are available to be booked via our online system, we will be adding more to it in the coming months and our helpful reception team will still be on hand to organise appointments if required. Video Consultations
In addition to our new online booking system, we have also released a fully integrated video consultation service. This allows our patients to consult with a doctor using their computer or smart device, on a system that has been purpose built and provides entirely secure remote access. Not only is our service easy to use and convenient, but it features security measures such as robust encryption of data and advanced firewalls. Not every appointment is suitable for a video consultation, so please contact one of our team if you require more information.

Pricing
From 1st July 2022 some of our prices are changing. We are pleased to be able to confirm we have discounted certain services, in particular some of our cosmetics and medical range. However, due to significant increases in business costs, some of our prices are increasing. Many of our prices have not changed in more than five years and our new rates are still extremely competitive. Coming Soon…
We are currently in the process of carrying out a refurbishment of our Waterside House practice. Significant improvements are being made to the interior of the building, as we install new lighting throughout and replace flooring in the communal areas. The practice will be given a fresh coat of paint and more modern feel, something we’re very excited about and can’t wait to let our patients see for themselves when it’s complete! Work is underway at the moment and we hope to have everything completed in the coming months.
