If you want to gain a deeper understanding of who you are and discover the tools to help develop your energy awareness, the Spark! The Power is Within training course is for you. 

The course starting 16 August, takes place at YourGP in Edinburgh’s historic Dean Village, gives you a comprehensive guide to energy, the universe and yourself.

Although energy landscapes may be unseen, everything in the universe is comprised of energy – including you – and by learning the language of energy, you can recognise and fulfill your deeper needs.

Throughout the eight week course YourGP’s Jacqui Mitchell will harmonise knowledge with personal experience to explain what energy is and how its principles govern you, your health and your life.

Jacqui, the Director of Training at Heart2Shine and Reiki Master Teacher, uses simple, easy-to-use and effective tools to create this harmony.

You will learn how you affect energy and how it affects you, before finding out how spirit works through you and how you can access your spiritual helpers.

Regardless of whether you are new to working with energy or wish to work more deeply in your own practices, the focus of the course will be on giving and exploring practical knowledge about energy. 

On completion you will then be invited to join the optional follow-on course, Illuminate with your Angels and Guides: Connecting with your Spiritual Helpers, which is perfect for developing your connection to spirit and embrace the love and support it offers. This complementary course is taught by Shirley Cumming.
