Natasha Alonzi is our highly accomplished and sought after Nutritional Therapist.
Natasha is a member of BANT and CNCH and began her career in nutrition due to a keen interest in alternative health and food. Once she started to learn about it her thirst for knowledge became insatiable – therefore Natasha is always learning and keen to pass her knowledge on to her patients.
Natasha’s expertise comes from not only a professional background, but a personal one too. She changed her own way of eating, and also the way her family eats. As a result, they all look and feel better than they ever have done. After taking a hiatus from her career to bring up her family, Natasha realised that she wanted to do something different and wanted to be able to help others, and thus she worked hard to become a qualified Nutritional Therapist.
As well as writing articles for her own blog, Natasha also writes for WatchFit and Nutritional Resource as well as being asked for advice by national newspapers.
On her days off Natasha likes to cook and experiment with foods (such as fermenting and dehydrating foods) and she’s also a foodie and enjoys trying out new restaurants. She also enjoys spending time with her family and walking the dog in green and open spaces.
