Jacqui’s role encompasses many different areas within the business but with a firm, fair and hands on approach Jacqui is very successful. Ensuring that anyone who walks through our door is met with a genuine smile, the offer of refreshment and even toys for the children, Jacqui insists on the best experience for all clinic visitors.
With her own standards being of such a high level she insists that all staff Drs, Administration and Therapists alike provide a consistently high level of excellent customer service. She welcomes both good and bad feedback and uses this as a tool for company and staff development.
Jacqui realises that a happy workforce is a productive workforce and a happy customer comes back and refers others to us. This applies to our suppliers, advertisers and any other external customers we have.
Jacqui is very excited about the developments within our corporate client area. A very challenging area to meet the needs of she is confident we are able to do this to our usual high standards. With Jacqui keeping a firm hold of the reins she remains the key corporate contact ensuring short notice appointment and quick turnaround of report needs are met.
