Emma is our exceptionally professional Reception Manager. Her friendly and welcoming personality, positive attitude and confident approach and her years of first-class customer care experience make her the perfect choice for her role. This coupled with her professionalism and proficiency in her job role meant that Emma exceeded expectations and she was promoted to Reception Manager for YourGP after only 6 months.
Emma’s dedication to her professional image is thorough and in-depth from using her extensive administrative experience to support the clinicians, to taking great pride in her own appearance as her nails are always perfectly manicured and polished.
Outside of work Emma is both an animal and a people person. She has an 18 month old Shih-Tzu dog called Lola who has stolen the hearts of many people in the office. Emma is also family orientated and often spends her days off with her family or having lunch with her friends.
When spending some much-deserved “me-time” Emma enjoys reading (especially thrillers) and can often be found tucked up at home with Netlflix or a boxset or two.
